I have just fitted a Stillen Induction kit to my car, and wondered what the nominal if any, power increase is.

Cheers

its hard to tell really, when i fitted mine it really highlighted a problem with my old airbox and my gtech results went up around 6-7% (over average of 5 runs)

Well maybe you can help here is my problem.

I have a Renault 21 Turbo to beat who can do a standing quarter in 13.56 seconds.

Now my car is an Auto TT, obvioulsy i don't want to go over kill on the engine work, as the car is used every day. What would i need to pull those sort of figures.

Not that i am competitive or anything

14 - 14.25 should be about right if memory serves me right

14.4 for a standard UK TT manual, auto perhaps a tenth or so quicker.
