Whats the difference on here between trader an affiliates? As far as I can see traders pay and affiliates dont, do affiliates have to hand over a percentage or something?

Generally I would say that affiliates get a percentage of any custom they get from this site and traders pay to advertise.

The way I see it is that these are companies that the club has had an agreement with, where they give a subscribed member a given percentage discount. Companies that wouldn't advertise here, simply because they aren't ZX specific, whereas the Traders are ZX specific and thus advertise their goods and services to a captive audiance (so to speak ;) ), hence the Traders pay for the priviledge.

 

Does that make sense?
