conzult

Having trouble with serial-usb cable.

Does anyone run there conzult via cable to usb??!!

Or does everyone just use the serial port?

All help appreciated.

    I bought a serial card off e bay..30 quid, as cheap as a cable which I couldnt get working.

    Depends what software you are running too as some of em like to 'grab' all the ports (Nokia software for 1).

    Yep, I use a USB-serial cable and it does work, can be a bit crash-tastic sometimes though.

     

    If you're having trouble try configuring to a high COM port number, like 25. Then open up a terminal application, set it for COM25, link pins 2 & 3 with the tip of a metal pen or something, then any key you touch on the keyboard will be echo'd to the screen. Unless that works then the ConZult won't work either.
