I have a problem with my steering wheel that it has not been put on properly i though i could take it off and turn and screw it back on but the holes dont line up properly i need to turn this around as it has an arrow and wording saying top(which im guessing means needs to be at top) which it isnt

I undid the bolt in the middle but the blasted thing wont budge, i dont know a lot about cars but willing to learn so if you can provide any advice i would appreciate it.

You need to get that centre nut off and get the hub off the splines. You've taken the wrong bit off ;) Put the wheel back on there so you have something to pull against. Tapping the column with a hammer usually releases it after you've removed the nut :) Just watch you don't hit yourself on the head if it comes off suddenly LOL :D

Oh, when I say tapping the column, I mean on the end where you've just taken the nut off, don't go smashing all the plastic surround ;) LOL
