The end tanks and everything are fine, dunno how difficult it is to swap them over though. PM me to arrange collection.

As above the small alloy lugs break off when you open them to take the old tank off, then crimp them down again to replace the end tank.

Dodgy, Dodgy....

Ok, my ebay rad came today, in a KOYO box aswell - just to tease me. That looks fine but I was still thinking about Andy's very kind donation of his old rad. I popped over to the rad place who re-cored my own rad a couple of years ago to see if they would swap the end tanks over as it did look like a bit of a job. We got talking and they would prob have charged about £25.......but they would fabricate a new METAL end tank for £50. So, in my mind there is no choice, I went for the new metal one and am picking it back up this afternoon. There is a guy there who is really into his motors and it was only a few weeks ago he made a giant ali rad for someone. My ears prick up and I ask him how much for one for the Z....... I should know tonight and will post again.

So I guess my ebay rad is for sale! £80 to your door.

May well be interested in the ali rad James .. like the sound of it so far.

Not the ebay one .. sorry ;)
