my guess its a control unit you stick at the front of the car that controls the bass output at the amp at the rear of the car, just a hunch seen something similar

Thats the same box as mine! so its a remote bass booster :D so all ive gotta do now is get an amp to use it with :( Ill put one one me crimble list ;)

Now i need to know where the wires go! :(

I wouldn't want to use one myself, If i was you I would just buy a nice amp that has a good crossover installed internaly.

Fit the remote live to a switch on the dash or anywhere you want it and then when you want bass turn it on.

But ask 10 people on Ice setups and you'll get 10 different answers.

Thats what is to use its proper name an LPL controller. I have one to control my Phoenix Gold amp. I don't know what the connector looks like that plugs into the amp. You might have trouble finding an amp that will have this feature nevermind if the connector on your LPL will fit.

Its only worth about £20 anyway so don't let it limit you to what amp you end up with.

I have a very nice brand new and boxed Phoenix Gold Tantrum 600.4 600watt 4 channel amp for sale if you are interested?
