Anyone used Option motorsport/Hitec or RC for 300 work?

I want someone not to far from me to pop my engine out/in with new turbos.

I'm on the M40, near Junction 4.

If you have an idea of the costs, please post them too (just the labour not the parts)

Any other reccomendations welcome, not interested in SE.

Cheers.

I read some one here used RC for an engine rebuild, said that they where the cheapest and did more then he expected.

Hiteq I hear are very good for this sort of stuff.

Does Johnny do this stuff?

This is all I know.

Stuart

jez he is the man i believe, i chatted to him quit alot when my engine went , and he does seem to knwo his story.. he might be a bit pricey, but definatly an enthusiast..

I think that Johnny either uses or recommends HiTeq, but I'm prepared to be corrected.

Hiteq Hiteq Hiteq - top job at the right price every time - I wouldn't use anyone else - honest!

If you are up this way let us guys know and we'll go out for a beer or 6 biggrin.gif

Have heard very good reports on Option, long wait to get in, says something, price wise dunno, Rc is where my car is now, due back this week coming, so far happy with service, guidance, price, updates etc, has fixed man hours for certain jobs on the Zed, went there because of reccomendation from here, Hiteq, same plus points as RC, Ian's a helpful nice guy, so i would try either of these 3, think you'll be okay, besides they are no where near Maldon Essex, Hmmm. LOL

Okay, who has the telephone number of option motorsport?

Is there any sort of web address also?

ta,

Jez.

01327-858-555 i usually speak to NANA i think it is.

I whole-heartedly agree with Andyduff. I'll drive around with my windows down in the rain so long as I can get an earful of those Super SQVs.

I took my Z over to Ian at Hiteq after Nissan told me I needed the engine removing to change a blown head gasket - £1500.

Ian spotted it was a faulty radiator cap and gave me one for free! I'd never been there before and he could easily have agreed with Nissan and ripped me off but instead said bring it back next time you need something decent doing.

Top marks all round!
