oil leak

i've had abit of an oil leak for ages, just 1 or 2 spots on the garage floor every so often. but this has got wrose. so the other day when i fit my new zorst i had a good look under there. the oil is down the right side of the car underneth and goes up towards alternator etc. there is a bolt that has been sherred off right on the front conner of the sump so i guess this is my leak. question is how do i get the old bit of bolt out to mend what i hope is the leak.

thanks to all that can help

the sump looks fine its not damaged at all, looks like it's been over tightened. the bolt shaft is in the engine block.
