yeah i played it at ingrams house and it is instantly a better game, much easier to hone in on braking zones

I've not hit 80% complete, wooohoooooo!!!

 

Shame there is no nice ending for Professional level like there was for Beginner and Amateur. I guess I'll get that when I do Endurance. All I need to do now is find a spare 25 hours to do the Endurance level.

which wheel did you get? and what kind of feedback does it give - just a rumble or more like a pc/arcade wheel?

 

on a slightly different note - played grand theft auto 3 yet ? .....mmmmmmmmm, prepare to give up large chunks of your life.

Its the Logitech wheel that came with GT3 optionally. You can buy it separately now. Think it's called the GT Force wheel but its based on a wheel Logitech do for the PC. It isn't just rumble, its the full feedback that you get on some PC/Arcade wheels.

Did 100 laps of 'Super Speedway' last night as I fancied an F1 car.

After about 50 mins & crossing the line 12 laps ahead of everyone else, I ended up winning....

..a Renault Clio

needless to say, the reset button got a good kicking (without saving the game first)

The F1 cars are awesome. The rumours are correct though, the UK version only has 2 F1 cars instead of 6 (I think) in the other versions. AND we lost the Lambo Diablo GT car as well.
