My Z is finally in the Garage!

I'm fitting a Blitz Boost controller and the instructions supplied how to fit it for a single turbo so how do you fit it to a twin turbo car.

i'll be suppling the info supllied to my mechanic so is there any diagrams or anything anywhere???

Oh sorry forgot to ask what is my maximum extremly safe boost i can run on standered tubs and engine running uprated ecu straight through pipes and induction.

Don't go above 14psi, but even then use good fuel and keep an ear open for detting !

IMHO Optimax is marginally better than BP Ultimate.

Detting = tinkle, tinkle, Boom !

Detting - make sure you know what you're listening for because you don't get long with stock pistons before they melt! Wanna know what happens when they melt? Check this :D

Just watched the vid and oh my god i think i'll run it at 12 psi max till i get new pistons and cams and that.

Yes that would be a rather good idea :D TBH if the fueling is correct then you should be fine. Its just that >22psi on stock injectors, well it won't happen :D Blasted actuator line split so the turbos went for infinity and beyond LOL Well at least I can laugh about it I suppose  ;)

I run 15.5 - 16psi with no problem, no dett, not lean either if the RR is to be believed standad tub and injetors. If I were you though I'd only run 12psi untill you can get it on a RR and see what is happening with your fueling.

Detting sounds like arcing electricity, only more crackly.

Ish :D Chuck some bolts in a biscuit tin and rattle it - DETTING ;)

People always use that sound-a-like, must be much heavier detting than I've heard to sound like that  Maybe we should do an FAQ with a wav file attached ;) Any volunteers? :D

 Surprised no one mentioning having it chipped to put the required fuel in for the up-rated boost......

[standered tubs and engine running uprated ecu] :D

maybe someone can set their car to run up lean and record the sound for prosperity.

(i can see subscription fees going up to pay for the damage tho :D )
