changing speedo from kmh to mph

i have a import tt auto ,,the speedo is in kmh i want to change it over to mph.is it a traight forward swap over of dials as my kmh dial goes up to 300kmh someone said i need to get it calibrated is this true

    A few of the traders on here do conversion kits. I got my one from Luke at the ZCentre. I believe it's quite a simple job, but I wanted nice new silver dials as well so I sent the whole clock unit off to Luke to have the lot done at once. Came back about a week later.

    Can't remember exactly. I seem to remember it being about £150 all in for the converter box, the dials and fitting.

     

     

    Then you need a body kit....then you need a custom leather interior....then you need shiny bling bling bits....etc. etc.

     

    It's the start of a slippery financial slope, but it is fun!! LOL! :hyper:
