Tech help

Had my ZX in at Marshalls Transmissions today, heres there thoughts:

 

Car Revs fluctuate when cold due to trans oil being thick when cold, needs time to warm up.

Cause the trans is shift kitted, the car is running under pressure and you can feel every change and shift firmly so therefeore when you step off the gas it feels like the car hasn't let go of the gear but it is the clutch kicking in.

Sound right to you guys?

 

Also got the A/C check out, was told I need a new TX valve? anyone wanna fill me in on this?
