I wonder if the family of the burgler will try to sue saying the window was not safe to be climbed out of.

I bet the dead burglars family can sue the homeowner for having an 'unsafe' window though  :( :xxx:

too slow!

Might fall over in court on the basis that windows aren't designed to be climbed out of ;) You could be right though, each day we get one more step closer to the f#cked up american way of life... :(

too slow!

Yeah, I'm doing 3 peoples jobs at the same time this week and all of them conflict with the other. (My firm has been bought out by a bunch of asset strippers and they are de-constructing my company and trying to get everyone to resign :( )

the sueing culture is different, sure they sue each other all over the place. But at least they legally get the right to shoot burglars, fleeing or not! At least they are allowed to defend themselves!

What about the guy that recently disturbed burglars and they kicked him to death :(

guy got what he deserved. hope he died slowly and shat himself first :mac1:

...and yeah why not sue the window firm for commercial manslaughter while youre choking you ass-dwelling butt-monkey. lol

My mate let his dog out and notice what he thoought was overalls hanging from his nextdorrs window. the Chav got his hood-tie cought in the window handle when trying to get out the house and it choked him. Dave said his feet where 4 inches from the ground.

Incidently they got the valuables back.
