Dead battery needs replacing a.s.a.p. Any ideas where from and price?

Featured Replies

As I needed one quick (the Zed is my Daily Driver) I visited Kwik Fit - £95-00 incl VAT, fitting and disposal of old unit.

if you've got a Costco near you, you can get a nice Bosch one for about £45.

so jap part no. is 068...is that a different battery to the UK one?

Can't you just turn the battery round if that's the case? :D

I don't think the leads will reach properly. If the Zed is a Jap spec you can get the following from Harry's

Hcc005 - 585 Cca

That is what I got for mine

I got mine from Nissan. They were surprisingly reasonable for once!

Shhhhhhh!, Mr Nissan might hear you.... ;)

005 is the wrong one, 068 is the right one.

Well.... Hcc005 - 585 Cca fitted my Jap spec perfectly mate.

From Halfords.

Still fits in OK though. I fitted it in with no probs at all. If I had had problems I wouldn't have recommended the battery.
