Spark plugs

Hi all,

 

Ive just took my spark plugs out to have a check (HKS S40i), rite the tips all look like needles, now im not an expert on plugs and i know some are supposed to be like this but does anyone know if these are supposed to be like this and i bet they are expensive too.

    yes they are if you want a cheaper alternative try the denso ones as they actually make the HKS ones anyway ;)

     

    Some others on here swear by NGK plugs

    no they might not be shagged but if youve got them out you might as well change them anyway :)

    Original plugs are pointy and platinum coated.Designed to last at least 60000 mls.Cleaning with a wire brush will ruin them so as long as the gap is right I would put them straight back...
