intructions in taking front end off????

hey chaps,

 

can anyone please give me a step by step guide into taking the front end off the zed.

 

the reason being i want to clean out the IC's and front of the rad of debris and general muck, especially before going to the pod, and ive heard the easiest and most effective way is to take the front off

 

advice welcome

    I'ts deffo easiest-bumper takes about half an hour to get off-if all the bolts come out! :rolleyes:
