Am I right in thinking that they are a H3C fitting and that the PIAA H3C Super Whites are a suitable replacement (part no. H144/H-39)??

 

Is there a PIAA Super White version of the sidelight and fog lights ???

Have a look at this thread, as doing the mod may be benificial to you, as you can then use normal H3 bulbs (PIAA or otherwise)

Well I *hope* they're H3C as I've just ordered Superwhites myself! :D

 

As far as the modification to H3 goes, search the forums a bit... there's plenty of material explaining what you have to do :)

As I'm a bit short of time to do the H3c to H3 mod I have ordered Superwhites from PRI racing. Should be here in the next couple of days.

the wire shown in the photograph is an earth, it goes from one of the small screws that hold the wire springclip in and you put a spade on the other end which goes to the wiring loom for the lamp. The reason for it is because the jap spec has an earth built in whereas the H3 doesnt. HTH
