What's the quickest and easiest way to get the reflecors out of the rear lenses - read somewhere about putting in oven to remove them but seems very dangerous and messy!

 

 

As far as I know the only way is to heat the rear lights to get them apart. The lens and the plastic backing are held together by a sticky rubber tar stuff!(Not nice when hot)

I think it's a lot easier to buy the one's already cleared(99 J-spec type)
