never done ant bodywork before so inspired by PaulG i'll give it a try,

gonna deswage the rear bumper and the doors and have removed the rear reflector.

i'll keep you posted on the progress

nice, did'nt notice aerial hole, what are you doing for replacement aerial, one that gets integrated into rear window with amplifier ?

do a bit of body work in my spare time. it really is difficult trying to grasp the art of it all. i find its all in the prep work and how well you can use a gun!....a spray gun of course:D personally i think if you aint got the knack of it all you cant really be taught....

 

but imo fella if thats your last base coat your gonna need to do a some more prep otherwise your gonna see the filler work a mile away:(

 

you need to use a nice thick primer;)

Took a vented pane (the one between the lights)to a bodyshop/sprayer he took one look at my pearl white zed and mumbled something about " ooh pearls they are a bugger to match better off re-spraying the whole car" . Must say the panel looks nice on my sideboard!!!
