Rear Subframe spacers?

i'm working on my rear subframe and want some advice on what to to with it.

I am going to replace the bushes and was thinking about fitting subframe spacers, has anyone done this?

can anyone suggest anything else I can do with the subfame while its off.

    Don't need spacers if you change the main cradle bushes for poly (or ali) ones, they're just to reinforce the stock silicone filled ones.
