If there is anyone out there who is running WinXP SP2 with Perl and who has had the 401.3 Unauthorized Due to ACL on Resource error when trying to run a cgi script, I would be very glad of a helping hand.

Putting SP2 onto my XP2 Pro machine has broken a previously working IIS/Perl combination.

Is this box running in a workgroup or domain?

Gio,

We know this already but here states:

"Just to mention for the record: the reason to switch from the ActiveState Perl

to the Cygwin Perl was that the Active's "fork" stoped working after I

installed the SP2 for XP."
