2) 3rd week in

3) there is one guy who thinks hes a big shot

4) hes a production manager

5) i need him to sort me jobs on the machines so i dont get the shit from clients and my jobs are done

6) hes a jumped up sarcastic shit who takes the piss out of everyone

7) he always seems to insult and give ppl shit (not me atm im new)

8) my managers away next week

9) gotta talk to him a lot to get me work done

10) he could take the piss and be an arogant twat

11) i dont look that scary but thanks to 10 years of boxing i could crack his head open on the table

12)its not a good idea

13)i dont want him to think hes walking over me

14)dont want to loose my job though by twating him one

1. Scare him,

2. Threaten him,

3. Ask him nicely to leave you alone,

4. Does he have any distinctive features ? big nose, bald

or maybe even a wee member ?? (make enquiries on that one ;) )

If so, ridicule him to death

5. If he is divorced or has ugly kids, or wife, pick on that.

6. If all else fails, its dead easy to start a rumour hes a phaedophile. :p

I would just laugh it off sarcastically to show he doesn't bother me. Other than that give as good as you get - how ever he acts with you, respond in the same way.

 

If he is senior to you, just do it with respect ;)

 

Don't come accross as being difficult or he will have a problem with you. Remember you are there only to do your job. If he has any problem with you personally but you do your job properly, he will have little grounds to get you in shit.

 

Otherwise just tw@t the pr1ck.... :D

As a shop steward for a rather large union, I find I get no bother from any management, mind you, being 6'3, built like a brick privvy, that seems to help too!!!

Just tell him that your not willing to except any attitude from him, if he think's hes going to get the better of you by mouthing off, it aint gona happen. Then tag a comment on the end about how he must be a twat to think that he's better than you
