Oh crap! I spent days arguing with Nelson to get them to respray my front spoiler (the one they cracked the last time my Zed was in their care). Come hell or high water I was not going to pay for it and they finally gave in. Took the car in this morning, got a lovely Micra "Vibe" in return (laugh all you want but the headlights are MILES better than our Zeds), and when I went to pick it up this afternoon there was an even larger scrape and paint damage on the lower spoiler just infront of the passenger side front wheel! I scratched my head, tried in vain to imagine how that might have gotten there (as they would have just resprayed it), but could not make head of tail of it. I hadn't touched (and obviously not moved) the car and went inside to argue some more. Much to my surprise they quickly put up their hands and agreed to give it another respray in the morning (ahem ... me thinks they knew and hoped I hadn't noticed ...)
In any case, back home in the Micra (not enjoyable but atleast I could see where I was going) and hopefully they'll have corrected the problem by mid-afternoon tomorrow.
I just can't believe it ... but hey, this is Nelson we're talking about.

Just thought I'd share this with you...
