Auto Line Pressure

Does anybody know what readings i should get off the conzult for auto line pressure.

 

Also, noticed that when reading my Car Speed, Revs and TPS setting at isle on the conzult every 15 secs or so the speed spikes? and so does the TPS setting? only happens for a split second. Does that sound like a problem.
