Some xxxxxx has nicked my email/password!

I was selling a guitar one morning for $850 starting bid and I was getting asked 6 questions about the item? Not my listing!

I contacted ebay and they removed it, but now I cannot seem to sign in!

so therefore I cannot contact them on live help (how I got the guitar removed)

Everytime I email them I just get a system generated reply telling me how to change my password But I cannot sign in to do that

Has anyone had similar experiences and how do you solve it?

Anyone know how to get in touch with ebay other than email.

I'm not doing lots of trade on there I have just bought some bits&bats and dont want to dissapoint/waste the sellers time!

...i meant surely they can reset your password to something to let you sign in, then you can change it to something new.

Yes thats right,

no password = no change of password = no one to one help, just system generated emails.

I'm having the exact same problem myself - and I've just registered as a seller to get rid of my motorbike :mad: !

but why didn't you just remove the item for sale, and change your password

as you say you've only lost access since contacting ebay??
