How do you fix those small dents and dints that other people carelessly put in your Zed when they open their doors against you :xxx:

Strip down the doors and bang from inside? Filler? Get a Northern Lass to suck them oot?

I've got a few and it looks really crap in the sunshine.

Cheerz.

Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) will take care of small dents and the like. Quite a few companies now offer this type of service. This is the company I have used for my cars with great success:

I did a few with filler on my S13 200SX. I got quite good at them, including 'blowing' paint over to cover them.

But they never looked perfect.

Any idea about cost, Andrew?

Dave, they normally work on a per panel basis (door, wing etc). I can't actually remember what Automotive Repair Systems charged but it wasn't that expensive for the result - I couldn't tell where the dents had been.

Cheers Andrew - looks good. I'm not a good paint sprayer, so getting a pro to do it is a good idea.

Watched a dent devils guy take out quite a deep dent in the door of my neighbours scooby. The paint was undamaged tho and stayed that way. He used all kinds of unusual (for me) tools such as a candle sized white nylon gizmo sharpened to a point. Tapping all around the dent. He totally brought it out and you couldnt see where it was. Charged about £40 for about an hours work. Seemed very cheap but maybe he was looking for business from us interested onlookers.
