i have been assesing the situation on the forum and it seems to be this..
there is no problem with anyone saying,expressing, or going on about whatever they want... BUT..
When a post starts of regarding something that is actually technical, and then degenerates into something non topic related, that is when the problem occurs.
You can understand how the person who started the thread is comming back to look if any advise has been given to his or her problem, and low and behold you get to sort through all bits and bobs of some sad gits social life
(see that, its called humor)
So blah blah blah, try to keep topics topic related....
