these been a big shake up as ive got other things on order and when i orderd my parts 1 month ago someone else was in charge but paul has took over now so hes got a bit behind with orders i got a e-mail from him the other day saying they have computer problems so e-mails not getting replyed.

He has time to reply to my feedback. but no time to contact me.

thoes are the 2 phone numbers I had but wasnt getting a responce.

I just checked my phone bill and I have tried to get in touch with him 5 times over the 3 weeks by phone and about 6 times by mail. Not exactly what you might call pushy seeing as I was orriginaly told they would be sent out that 1st week.

All i wanted was a delivery time as the car was booked in the bodyshop, which I posponed 2 times for this twat.

 

Apparently the lights are now lost in the post. fooking conveniant

 

But get this, hes just sent me a ebay post saying I have bought another 2 sets of lights and wants money for them too.

 

The rest of you guys can read into it what you will, but im getting totaly p-issed off with having one problem after another.

 

Think Ill subscribe to halding back payment till the bloody items I am buying are actualy availble, arrive, and fit.

but funny enough they have MY phone numbers and could have returned a call to let me know at any point. After all Im nothing special just a paying (promptly Paying) customer.

Hmm, not good at all. Customer service is everything. Makes you think twice about ordering from them. As you were told they would be posted in the first week, it would be frustrating when they didn't and you couldn't get an answer.

The guy's registerd on here hasn't he? Explanation please..........my order is on hold atm.
