I really cant be bothered to start working this one out so Im asking if anyone else knows the answer cos it must be something simple.

When I right click on a pic on a webpage and choose "save picture as" it used to let me save in whatever format the picture was which is usually Gif or JPEG.

But now it will only let me save as Bitmaps.

This is no good for animated gif's etc because saving them as a bitmap just saves them as a static pic.

try deleting your temporary internet files mate

 

Tools > Internet Options > Delete Files

 

might work, hope this helps.

Clarkey is right, it reverts to bitmap when your temp files are full of SHITE lol
