Guest ronttuk Posted August 29, 2004 Posted August 29, 2004 i've just tried to put a new autobox in my z, the torque converter won't fit the new box. the old one has 2 locating lugs but the new box has 2 flat eges to fit the torque converter !! are there two different types of torque converter or is my new box off of something else? WillieO Posted August 30, 2004 Posted August 30, 2004 How can you check if its OK? My box expired and the oil was smelly. I presumed that clutches had gone but I dont know for sure. Quote
