anyone clued up on these?

ive installed one and it needs to be hooked to a speed pulse

so being an import the delimiter is ok, but when i wire it up via one of the wires that goes to the delimiter i lose speedo and steering is heavy, i have read all the posts re hicas and speedo, but cant understand why tapping into that wire would cause it, my question is for anybody in the know,

is it possible to fit another speed pulse??

ive tried moving to the other wire in the delimiter but then the sat nav wont calibrate ie doesnt know where i am via the gps, going to move it back to the other wire today, as i didnt calibrate it on that as i assumed cos the speedo etc had gone it was wrong wire

lol if no one knows my next post could be in the articles for sale

I got a pda and gps on that, plus points ar eno wiring required, it can move from car to car. neg points screen is a little small but still viewable and running off batt or cig lighter adaptor, so a little wire going from that to cig lighter, but found the best place for it is where the mirror controls are just rest it on their and it's fine. dunno about these hard wired GPS but thought i'd put my 2p's worth in  ;)

yes m8, me missus has a pda/gps the one from halfords

and excellent it is, my missus had NEVER driven on a motorway, and was a bit wary, so after buying her that she has now been to shropshire twice (from lancs) so for that reason alone a good investment:)

ive got a road angel , so didnt really want anymore stuff on the dash lol, and just had a laser jammer fitted, so wanted the sat nav to be in where me stereo went, i was gonna mess with it today but to much footie on sky lol

so when i get them all sorted i need to find a copper with a laser gun, and get lost so i can use the sat nav to get home lmao
