Intercooler question

Hi all,

As a conversation with Johnny at the Billing meet up, I may have sorsed a new pair of cooler flow intercoolers, but i need the flow spec & the optimum pressures to be assumed at maximum. To make sure.

As the engineers need to desighn the stress box to suit, any info or links would be gratefully recieved.
