Front bumper removal

any body got a link or a how too guide as to how to remove the front bumper :confused:

 

Had a quick look but cant seam to work out how to get the damned thing off :slap:

    take the front splash guards off, take out the indicators, remove centre panel.

    there are 2 bolts per side accessible from under the centre panel, then there are three bolts per side dotted round that you can access from inside the arch or through the indicator hole.

     

    search for a guide on intercooler replacement or something and I'm sure you'll come across a nice write up with pictures
