Iridium tipped ones are their top of the range, supposed to be more efficient. They've got a smaller electrode, supposed to reduce the voltage needed and thus extend the life of the ignition system in the car.

The NGK-r are OEM spec ones. So same as nissan spec.

Cheers mate, didn't really wanna be changing them if they not as good as the one's i already had.

p.s iridium ones are the next step up from platinum just a more posh material ;)

were they easy to change could anyone do them or would i need some knowledge on what i'm doing.

Just unbolt the two bolts holding each of the coil packs, take the top connector off and oull it out. Bang a plug spanner in and take the old uns out.

The two at the back are a bitch, I dont know of a way to getting to them without removing the balance bar. So they are the worst.

Took me about 45 mins to do all 6 but had to take though's 2 black pipe things of to get to the 2 rear plugs, really easy actually.

Exactly, well anoying aint it, takes about 5 on any normal car lol!

I guess you can get to them by removing the hoses from the balance bar, but I just take the bloody thing off lol, easier access.
