Aftermarket Boost Gauge - correct readings?????

I have an aftermarket Autometer Pro-Comp Ultra-lite Boost Gauge (model 004477) that was fitted to the car when I bought it. Are these readings normal?

Engine Off needle sits at 0.

Engine on (Auto in drive) needle sits at 16-17 Hg (VAC side of gauge)

Blasting on full throttle needle sits at 9 Psi (BOOST side of gauge)

Foot off the gas needle sits at 20 Hg (VAC side of gauge)

Any help appreciated.....

Thanks

sounds right, stock boot is 9psi, safety is 7psi, so that's always a good thing. but why 2 pictures?
