Has anybody got links to a decent guide to cleaning TPS and other connectors.

 

Ive searched the forum but cant find any decent guides for a beginner (with pics). Im a proper amateur so I need as much detail as possible before I attempt this.

p.s be carefull on all plastic block connectors, cause most are so brittle if you scrub too hard they will just fall apart, so take time and care,
