I desperately need someone's help to sort out my Zed's timing. I have the sneaky suspicion that ever since Nelson replaced the timing belt the engine works in a different time zone (hence my detonation problem). However, Nelson claims that they don't have the equipment to work on my Jap spec TT ... (idiots)... but is willing to "try" it manually - need to book it in for the day and they'll charge me £45 + VAT per hour for the privilege.

Can anyone help me. I'd be willing to travel a bit outside of the Midlands to sort this out.

Oh man, why didn't you say so in the first place? LMAO! You only had to say it like that, laymans terms that I could understand...but a diagram would have been nice too mate...
