alloy width and tyre size

my 17s have this stamped on them KBA44495

could this mean a width of 9.5"

i want to put 285/35x17 on the rear and 245/40x17 on the front

will the 285s fit under std arches

or does it depend on the offset?

i currently have 235/45x17 on the rear and 225/50x17 on the front
