Eibach springs are supposed to be good, progressive, with 0.8" drop. Not sure how much of a drop the Blitz ones have.

Go for Blitz Paul, never had a problem since I fitted them and I weigh twice your weight lol;)

Eibach springs mate look good and still gets you over them nasty speed bumps ;)

yup eibachs for me too.

AFAIK Blitz dont do springs for the Zed anymore, could be wrong though but they aint in their 2004 catalog

Hi Paul, Mike Feeney at MJP had some uprated springs made for me - standard ride height. Cost was a bit less than lowering springs. Think they're about 30% stiffer overall - car handles well now anyway, teamed with KYB gas adjustables - I can supply these if you need any...

Cheers!

Mike deals with an excellent company that make springs to you own requirement, eg "upratednesss" and "drop" but not progressive though, but excellent still. I went with AVO's and very pleased. Front bumper bottoms out very occasionally if I go too fast over speed bumps etc. You've seen my car plenty of times Paul so you know what it looks like.

Amber performance supply some cheapies 30mm lower, I think they are 30% firmer for a hundred quid, they dont scrape, but having said that I have 18" wheels on and they lifted the car to start with.
