Are there any Zed specialists West/ South WQest London / Surrey way? It's gonna cost me so, soo much if I need to put my car on a flatbed, and so want to tow it, but can only tow the Auto 20 miles at 20mph without risking damage to the auto box.

Cheers,

David

what wrong with the car ?

Not 100% but it's probably pistons... engine out kinda work whatever it is. I was hoping it'd be something simple like the oil pump, but no, it's definitely something more serious. Just trying to find somewhere where I can avoid hiring a flatbed truck which will add a few hundred to the bill before any works been started!!! There must be some places this side of London/Surrey?????????

Alright MarkyB300, it's me who you met down your road a couple of months back...Horsham might be ok... but would still have to flatbed it down there, but could be cheaper than going up north somewhere. Whereabouts did you have in mind?

Hi Mate !!

It's a guy called Martyn - who's actually got my car at the moment. He's done some excellent work on it already for me at what I would consider very reasonable rates. He's a guy who's into these cars like we are - a real enthusiast.

I know Mark (Topless) knows him well too and I'm sure would also recommend.

I'll pm you his number.

Mark

I shall give him a buzz later on today then... cheers for the tip.
