Dude, see you on MSN later..........

My mate does them, he did mine for a low price, plus he did all my fences both sides, guttering and sofets (sp?) and did a great job too.

;)

If you have some decent DIY skills, then it isnt rocket science to build it yourself..... I did :D

I brought a 16sqm floor area L shape victorian in UPVc, and along with bricks, plastering, all the electrics and flooring (in fact, everything) it cost just under £10,000.

If i'd paid for a company to do everything for me, I'd have paid at least £25,000. I'm sure you can see the advantages in doing it yourself!! ;)

The only job I didn't do myself, was the plastering, everything else was straight forward, with excelent, supplied, instructions and diagramms/photo's.

Classic Conservatories were the people who supplied mine, they are part of the Baltic Pine group.

Good delivery and price, along with service. Out of some 100+ parts, only had to have two replaced, was sorted quickly and efficientley.

F'kin 'ell!! £10,000? That must be bigger than my house :D I guess I could do some bits myself and leave the tricky bits to pros.

Nice one cheers Matty - speak to you later :)

Dude, mine cost me less than 10K and I had all the other stuff done plus some 'gardening' work/clearing too....LOL...

And the best thing, I never had to lift a finger......

It will obviously be less as you won't be having all the other stuff I had done. ;)

Matty.

Yeah, £10,000 is a lot of money, but you should have seen it, it was fooking masive :D

It looked something like this,

Cant remember the exact measurements, but it was in the region of 5.5 metres x 3.8 metres (ish) None of this 9 foot x 9 foot crap you normally see :D

Pete, should be alot less than mine cost..........ours was 8ft by about 18ft!! LOL... I could be wrong though as judging size's isn't my strong point, I mean I think I have a 9" penis... ;) I KNOW it's bigger then that....LOL......(can't find that 'I wish' smiley!!)

;)

Matty.

Our prices start from only £1499 including VAT and we don't think you'll find better quality and value for money from any other PVCu supplier, but feel free to shop around - we'll still be here when you come back!

Anyone would think I'm being paid for this, I wish, just thought they were a good company :D

Come and live in the South East. Bet you can't afford a house with a garden big enough to fit bigger than 9 foot by 9 foot crap.

You are indeed right, but then again, i cant afford to live in that one either, as my ex wipped me out!!

And the luckiest bugger award in the field of conservatories goes to............

....

....

Me!

I live next door to a guy who sells fitted kitchens, bathrooms and conservatories. He's a friendly chap and my dad often stops to have a chat with him. One day he turns to my dad and out of the blue says "fancy a conservatory?". Turns out the HUGE, top of the range display model kept in the showroom needs to come down to make room for other stuff and he doesn't have room to store it....he offers us the whole thing for free.

The upshot being, bar a couple of grand for the entire installation,we had a £20,000 conservatory for.......nowt :D

It was finished last week! :hyper:

Leigh.

Company called Sterling did mine, based in Warrington built a 3.5mx6m with all work inc base, electrics, plastered int wall for £7500. Top job and cheapest i could find.

Don't know about building them but a friend from work does the blinds and roof shutters to stop it turning into a greenhouse in summer. They are really good stuff and means you can actually sit in it in hot weather! If anyones interested email Jo-ann at info@ashtonblinds.co.uk and tell her Stuart sent you.
