Silencer/Muffler for twin 4" jobby exhaust

Ive got 2 4in tail pipes (i think its 4) and i need to quieten it down cos its a bit too loud, anyone know where i can get those insert bits that silence it, i test drove with someone who had just put them on and it makes a lot of difference i think, but cant find them anyway...not sure what the exhaust is but it is a straight through apparently
