NZR - HTML Question!

I am in the process of creating my first website. How the devil do I make it so that when the cursor is hovered over a picture or link, the short wav is played?

    That is more Java script mate not HTML.

    It's called HTML-Kit. It's a free one.

    I think Macromedia Dreamweaver will do this for you. There is an addon called SC or CS which has more Java Script support on.
