Hi guys, hope one of you can shed some light on a problem with my website, made a few changes and uploaded them 2 nights ago nothing out of the normal and the changes were ok and on the site as expected, however now the site is down and whatever I try its no go.
It displays the white screen which says "server not found"
I cannot access my mail either as I get "incoming mail server not found"
My fttp upload cannot contact the server either, in fact it will not do anything.
I have checked in my hosting management page and the links to the server help is not working ..coming up "server not found" !
I have been on the host companies main web site ( Velnet) and that looks ok, but they do not answer the contact phone number , e-mail has so far gone un-answered
I Know it prob looks obvious but is it likely the server is down/ off line ? been two days now? or have has my pc gone up the creak?
Any one know if Velnet has a problem?
Any help gratefully accepted
Jeff TT
