Morning all,

 

The aircon has never blow out the drivers side door vent.

works fine through the dash and through the left door vent.

 

Is it on a seperate fuse? Any ideas?

Mine did this when i got it, all i did was , take the side cover off on the side of the dash, un do the srews underneeth thet holds up the vent duct, pulled the duck out,, turn a/c on and try moving the vent link rods up behind the dash, mine was just stuck closed, works fine now

might not need to take the duct off, i did to look inside. but moving the link arms sorted it out, sorry no pic's

are these link arms seen through the central vents?

Or looking through the tunnel that links to the door?

if you stick ya head under the dash under wheel, you sould be able to see /feel them at the back on the side
