Has anyone fabricated a custom install in the boot using some type of mouldings. I have built mine using MDF but like the look of the moulded Install. There must be someone who has made a mould or someone who can offer the service. With the limited space it would be good to find a supplier or can resolve this issue.

Do you mean actually continue the mouldings and build into them or just follow the lines and the style ?

You know all these motors at the shows have like a crazy mould in the boot containing the amps and subs at different angles. Forget totally bout the stock lines though. I want to have all my subs n amps not just sounding good but also ascetical pleasing. I fyou know what I mean.

this is an eg: of what I dont want

Personly I think it looks tacky. I want a PRO Install. Cannot seem to find a pic at the mo. All the electronics/wiring/tuning will be done by myself. Just need someone to make me a mould.

ahh ICE, a mate of mine is amazing with both ice installs and fibreglassing, hes currently designing me an install that will replace the rear bench, look good, and have all the right volume qualities for subs to work well...hes wanting to start getting it all installed in the car in the next week or so, so i'l poke up some shots of progress if peeps are interested, maybe he could do something fibre/ice for peeps on here.

he knows his stuff indeed, hes got a rover 200, first time i listened to the music in that I was amazed!!! quality was probably the best id ever heard, he as explaining all kinda techo stuff to me about it....then he turned it up! JEEEEEEES 1 13, yes 13" sub in the boot, and i kid you not, i could feel my insides moving! thing that was so weird is that it wasnt the sound that was loud from this sub, but the air that it moved!!

showed me a little trick with a lighter, where you light it in the car, turn the music up, and the flame is blown out! and this is 5 feet away from where the sub is located, and this very sub is BEHIND the rear seat bulkhead!

hmm....ranting here, shhhh :D
