Boost solenoid

Has anybody ever took apart the HKS EVC3 Boost solenoid. Im getting a rattling (sort of split diaphragm air noise) under boost and my boost is right down to 5psi. Wondering whether it could be split diaphragm (if there is one) in the solenoid. Do they dismantle easy - Anyway I can easily find out if its working or not. I.e. an easy way to remove boost solenoid and run std again.
