TT Fan Shroud Replacement

Hi Guys

 

What is the easiest way to remove a cracked fan shroud and fit a replacement? Step by step instructions needed :-)

    Hi mate, IIRC theres 2 10mm bolts holding the main shroud on, one on either side at the top, slightly fiddly to get to but you dont have to remove anything.

     

    The main shroud is clipped onto a lower piece which (trying to remember...) you might have to get underneath to remove.

     

    I think there is a twinturbo.net "how to" for removing the radiator, with fan shroud removal as part of it.
