Missing oil sender

I feel a bit foolish but when changing my oil today thought check out connector to oil pressure sender for cleandiness etc.Now on a previous zed I changed the seder so no mystey there, except, its not there? spent a good 30 mins and even checked the manual, little pic on page LC-5 shows it screwed into the oil filter assembly...nope not there,did Nissan ever move the location of this? My gauge works albeit not too well so help. Jeff TT

I was looking for mine and found a sender unit on the other side of the engine block, its a barrel shape unit .

Yup - mines slightly left of centre to the rear of the engine - the wire from it goes up the back of the engine bay on the passenger side.
