All but one of the jobs ive had done was a 'while u wait' one as i live around an hour away and rather than put someone else out and make them give me a lift home i just hang around, maybe go up the road for a pint and a butty ( nice pub by the way, highly recommended!). On the one occaision when my gearbox died, i dropped it off just before i was going on hol, when i came back 2 weeks later, it was fixed, top job! So no complaints whatsoever from me!

Just me then

Fair enough though... because my epics have been head gasket, followed by total death which turned out to be cracked bore, followed by the current shenanigans. In fact I look forward to the day I reach a whole service interval without major problems. :D
